Documents and evidence necessary for signing the rental contract:

Individual:

• valid ID card or passport
• driving licence - already valid at least 1 year
• credit or debit card

Legal entity:

• A copy of business register or trade licence
• ID card and driving licence of responsible person who will be using the car
• The car rental contract has to be signed only by a Chief Executive or by his authorized representative

Payment terms:

• At car delivery, You have to pay in advance or the car rental either with cash, or with a debit/credit card (we accept all domestic payment cards with the ZBK logo and international cards MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Diners Club and JCB)
• With the cash/credit cards it is possible to pay also elsewhere, not directly in our office, through our mobile POS terminal.

Car rental deposit:

• Individuals and sole traders: payment card required, on which the deposid will be blocked in the form of preauthorization.
• Legal entities: in case of s.r.o.( Limited Liability Companies) or a.s. (Joint Stock Companies), which fulfill all the necessary requirements for the car rental, the deposit will not be paid

Rental prices and billing (accounting):

• Rental prices are stated in the price list
• In rental prices there is included: free delivery/take of vehicle to designated place in Bratislava, car change in case of vehicle malfunction, assistace services, services related to settlement of casualty (incident), unlimited number of kilometers, mandatory contractual insurance, collision insurance in Slovkia and abroad, regular maintenance of vehicles, sevice checks, oil and other operational fluids except fuelling, valid toll sticker for Slovak highways, free permission for other drivers to drive the rented vehicle, winter tyres in winter season.

• We offer transfers to Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava, Kosice airports, or anywhere else in Europe.

• Our company is not liable for the posessions and property of a client left in the car.
